・If there is damage caused while production process or distribution (not by customers),

we accept return or exchange of the damaged doll within 7 days since the doll is arrived to customer.

Please aware that it is impossible to return or exchange the doll which was modified or with new faceup.


・Most of items from LINA chouchou are pre-order items.

Therefore, it is impossible to accept return or exchange request by customers' changed taste.

If there is inevitable situation, please contact us through Q&A board before any action.
