1. Change Password

Your password has changed since we moved to a new hosting company. 

Password has been initialized to the first four letters of your account ID + 1234.

If you can't find the password, please write down the member's name, ID, email and contact the QNA board. 

(If you don't know your name, ID, or email, it will be difficult to find your membership information. )

2. Non-transferable members

If you used Hangul and special characters for your ID, it was not transferred to the new website.

In this case, you need to sign up for a new account. If you have any rewards that you had before, please contact the QNA board. 

We will check and apply it to your new account.

3. Inquiry of order before delivery

Orders received on the old website are not currently viewed on the new website. 

If you want to check about order progress, please contact the QNA board. 

Website manager will directly check the Database and let you know the progress.

4. Initialize phone number

Since the country and phone number formats vary from country to country, the format of phone numbers have been integrated into +01|10-0000-0000.

Please make sure to check your address and phone number when you order.
